Venezia Marghera is a project about the territory border of Marghera, walking along the edge between earth and water, presenting the “status of things” (the borders’ perimeter, following the traces on the border, what lies between vessels and buildings, whithout shooting them directly).The aim is to render the object-place in the most neutral manner: shot with suffused light and using a regular lens.Walking around the borders – with the usual “fluctuating attention” – insisting in agreements and disagreements.The photos are taken during the sunset, from a lower point of view – but also one-on-one from above – to make the object show up itself.
